This Privacy Policy explains how Liberty Construction Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our website or contact us. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you, and we do not sell your information.
When you fill out our contact or "Request a Bid" form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property type, budget range, and project details. Our hosting provider may also collect basic, non-identifying technical data (such as general usage and security logs) to keep the site running.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates or bids, schedule work, and follow up about your project. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate the site and manage form submissions (for example, our website host and form processor), and we may disclose information if required by law.
We use Google tools to understand how the site performs and how our advertising drives inquiries. This includes the Google tag (gtag.js) for Google Ads conversion measurement, which may set cookies. When you submit our form, we may share a securely hashed (encrypted) version of the email address and phone number you provided with Google, a feature called "enhanced conversions," so Google can attribute the inquiry to the right ad. This data is hashed in your browser before it is sent and is used only for measurement. Embedded features such as web fonts and the map on our contact page may also load content from those providers under their own policies.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors actually use the site. Clarity records how you move through a page, including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and which pages you visit, and combines that into session playbacks and heat maps so we can find parts of the site that are confusing or broken. Clarity sets its own cookies and may connect your visit to other Microsoft data. We have it configured to hide what you type into form fields, so the name, phone number, email, and project details you enter are not captured in a playback. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. If you turn on your browser's "Do Not Track" setting, Clarity will not record your session.
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to and document your inquiry or project, then remove them when they are no longer needed.
